These past Sunday and Monday September 27th / 28th all the cobblers from France were invited to attend Tranchand “Open Days” and have a look to the French dealer’s warehouse and to the new Vibram products.

Around 400 cobblers joined the event and had the chance to talk to Vibram’s managers about new items and new repair methods.
Vibram also promoted two workshops to focus on distribution activities.

This initiative is part of a bigger project through which Vibram aims to keep more in touch with its dealers and cobblers, to understand their needs and to improve the quality of its services.
Tranchand “Open Days” is expected to be followed by other similar events all around Europe.

Moreover, a new website focused on repair activities, to be published at the beginning of 2010, will give all the professional Vibram cobblers the chance to exchange their experiences and information.
