This past Sunday July 11th the Sankt Wendel race brought the Supermotard World Champinoship back to a German circuit after the last race in 2007. The Husqvarna team’s bikers, sponsored by Vibram, topped from the very first heats the difficult and technical course of the Grand Prix of Germany.

Unfortunately, in the middle of the race Hermunen’s fall before Mauno Hermunen made him loose many positions and finish 5th, while the world champion Adriene Chareyre (in the photo) had to face the break down of his bike’s engine during the first heat. After gaining ground he finished the race in 9th position.

The two Husqvarna riders are now respectively 6th and 7th in general ranking.

After the summer break, they will be ready to face new challenges and to get higher positions at the next race of Triscina (Sicily) on August 29th. Also thanks to their Vibram® VSM-tech soles.
